Where it happened, plotted.

This is a scaled plot of real coordinates, not a basemap — there is no coastline or street grid drawn in, because this store will not present geography it has not verified to its own standard. What is exact is the position of each point relative to the others: same latitude and longitude the research store carries, projected at one scale with north up. Every marker also links out to OpenStreetMap and Google Maps for the real thing. A second value beside each coordinate says how far the record can be trusted to have found the spot: exact is a surveyed or still-standing thing; approximate is the right ground, not the right yard; disputed means the record disagreed with itself; withheld is deliberately coarsened and left that way on purpose. Burial locations are not sharpened here, ever.
